Dr Naftel took time to speak directly to my child and attempt to engage with her even though she is non-verbal. He acknowledged her and her experiences with surgery and explained things in a way she would also understand. He asked if I had questions and made sure we were all comfortable. I am thankful for his care for my daughter.

I felt the doctor was very thorough and kind-he explained everything well and in detail, easing my concerns and answering all questions. I was appreciative of his knowledge and reassurance.

Ours was a follow-up visit. There were no changes, however the doctor did not seem rushed for us to leave. Really great guy!
