He seemed nice but not very personable

Very polite doctor

Spent less than 30 seconds with me. Did not explain the issue nor offered pain control or explained exercises. Ignored my pain, was in a hurry and did not make me feel like my issue mattered.

Took time. Did not seem in a hurry.

Doc was very patient and helpful in explaining what was happening

Dr. Sullivan was great, took time to explain, even with delay, very courteous and so glad I chose him.

Sent to by ortho Dr and his diagnosis varied so felt more confused on what to do

Excellent care and I felt very informed about my condition

Dr. Sullivan and his fellow were very thorough and very knowledgeable in explaining all the information to me. They spent a good deal of time with me and made me feel important.
