Dr.Braun always listens to my questions and concerns. He makes sure he has answered every question before has left the room. He has never seemed rushed or in a hurry to leave my appointments.

He is very likable, respectful and well spoken., and provides good explanations but only limited to his one laser modalityThe first round did not help much, he seemed unable to discuss other modalities that might be better . He only users 1 laser modality but should be able to give a little overview of which therapy to try nextI get the impression that candela is a side-gig

Care was excellent. Doctor was very thorough and communicated about procedure, options, after care etc. The only issue was the delay ok being seen, and no communication from staff about why there was a delay or how long the delay would be.

Dr Braun did a great job explaining everything from timing of the appointment, ability to complete the procedure, to all of the information needed about the procedure itself in follow up care

Totally satisfied 100%, with my care given at this facility.

Dr. Braun is a wonderful doctor. So caring.

Even though I waited a long time before seeing the physician he gave me every bit of his attention and was very thorough, despite the fact that I was the last patient on a Friday evening. I'd wait an hour again for Dr. Braun. I do think it would go a long way for a nurse or MA just to give the heads up that the wait is going to be a good while instead of wondering if someone even knows you're still in the exam room.

He was extremely encouraging to my nervous 9 year old.
