She was very thorough in going over his medical history and welcomed all information we had to document his issues. She took time to listen to possible causes we had considered as well as what we had ruled out. She was very considerate of the fact this issue had been going on for 6 months and we were ready for answers. She offered options for the course of treatment and testing and allowed us to make the decision that was best for us. Very pleased.
