Donate Items to Monroe Carell

Thank you for participating in Champ's Holiday House. We have three ways for you to support Monroe Carell this holiday season: in-person donations, monetary donations, and shopping through our Amazon wish lists.

In-person donations

Each year we accept donations of brand-new toys, activities and gifts to distribute to our patients and families. Your donations in December help make this event a success by normalizing our patients' experience in the hospital.

Please view our guidelines below before you collect gifts for donation.

If you are purchasing or collecting donations in the Nashville area, scheduling a donation drop off appointment is required. The Amazon wish lists below are a great way to see what toys and activities we need most. When you are ready to make your donation, email or call Volunteer Services at the information below.

2024 donation drop-off hours

Wednesday, Dec. 4, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
Thursday, Dec. 5, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday, Dec. 9, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 10, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 11, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Thursday, Dec. 12, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Monday, Dec. 16, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 17,  10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 18, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Appointments will be scheduled in 15-minute increments on a first come, first served basis. We will not be able to schedule holiday donation drop off appointments after Wednesday, Dec 18. After that date, all drop off appointments will be scheduled for in January.
