Dr Virgin had difficulty visualizing Jake's ear drum because of wax. He took us into a separate room and was kind and gentle when he removed the wax so he could see. Jake has a lot of stranger danger and doesn't love most exams in general but did GREAT with this one. Very patient even when my other 3 yo unexpectedly moved the chair back accidentally.

Dr. Virgin is so easy to talk to and relatable! He answers all my questions, even when they don't particularly pertain to the visit.

Great experience. Professional, kind, listened closely and was clearly up to date on my child's complex medical history and how that might affect his recommendations.
