Dr Mohammed is great, has a terrific bedside manner and I wish that more providers could be like him

First time seeing this doctor. He wasn't rude or unfriendly- but I really didn't appreciate how he seemed to focus on vaccinations majority of the appointment. This was a liver clinic- that should have been the focus, especially given he's never seen my child. His mission to vaccinate my daughter was very off putting. I wouldn't prefer to see him again- definitely wouldn't want all my appointments with him. I think a more balanced approach to parent's choice would be beneficial. I didn't feel as if he was respectful or accepting of anyone who declines live vaccines for their post transplant child/ especially if they came from a center that doesn't support this. Perhaps ask the parent if they would be open to considering/discussing before going on about it and using scare tactics.

Dr. Mohammed is hands down the best health care provider I have ever encountered. He is kind, caring, patient, and actually listens. I always feel rushed by doctors, but not him. He has a way of helping me to relax so I can collect my thoughts and have a meaningful conversation about my boys' healthcare. He is patient with my rowdy kids, and engages them without having to add to the chaos himself to accomplish that. If we had more doctors like him, people would have much better relationships with healthcare and healthcare workers.
