He was very friendly, showed me practical solutions online. He seemed very rushed through the appointment. I didn't feel like he wanted to take the time. He was really fast and I was nervous, but I left feeling like. Ummm I'm not sure what to do of if there is any real treatment option. I'll try his meds, and cream. I just didn't feel like I had a partner expert to solve my issue. He was very nice, but the connection wasn't there and it felt stale

Doctor never called in the pain medication for my broken toe after I explained that I needed medication to at least help me with sleeping at night. Every night since the appointment, I have been sleepless due to the pain that I explained tylenol alone will not help. Today is the third day and no prescription has been called in as of 4 p.m. It is humiliating and embarrassing to call the pharmacy every day asking if prescription has been called in when it hasn't. I do not feel valued at this point. And there was no confusion about getting a presc..it just was not followed through on. I have received zero responses via the patient portal. There is no excuse for not following up with me and leaving me hanging like I have no value. I am sorry, but I am hurt by this and don't understand the lack of attention to my situation. I am being completely ignored. And at 4:31 p.m., I have no reason to believe my prescription to relieve the broken toe issue will be called in. That is either neglectful or just mean.
