We strive to provide the highest quality care by using the most up-to-date, evidence-based scientific information and expertise available to us. Our clinic is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). This team-based care model helps us keep improving quality, efficiency, safety and patient satisfaction. PCMH certified clinics have met specific criteria set by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), demonstrating that they are providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Being directly tied to a nationally ranked children’s hospital brings comfort, knowing the quality of care you’ll receive.
- Interpreter services
Ensuring that all our families are heard and understood is important to us. We offer onsite, video and phone interpretation services for patients and parents who speak limited English, are visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing. We offer many languages including American Sign Language, Spanish and Arabic.
- Your child’s medical information available any time
Our easy-to-use online patient portal, My Health at Vanderbilt, gives you secure access to appointment scheduling and information, medication prescription refills, records and bill payment. Log in from your smartphone app or on the web. You can easily send medical questions to your child’s provider. You can even link your own account with all your children’s accounts to see your family’s medical information in one convenient place.
- Symptom checker available
When our pediatric primary care offices are closed, a symptom checker is available for all our patients using My Health at Vanderbilt. This online tool puts information about the most common childhood and adolescent symptoms and illnesses at your fingertips. Open your My Health at Vanderbilt app or visit MyHealthatVanderbilt.com, click menu, then symptom checker.
- After-hours care
If you have an urgent question and our office is closed, you can still reach us by calling our clinic’s phone number. There is always a provider on call.
