At times you may be confused about who to talk to about your patient care experience. Our Patient Relations team at Monroe Carell serves as an advocate to enhance the patient experience. A Patient Relations specialist can assist you with many situations related to your patient experience, such as:
- Questions or concerns about patient care
- Questions about hospital policies and the teaching hospital environment
- Patient rights
- Information about advance directives
- The formal grievance process for you and your family
- Feedback for outstanding service
