Not willing to find the cause of the problem. Puts the blame solely on my 8yr old. Wouldn't refer us to nephrologist per primary care and mother request.

Julie took the time to explain everything. She answered all of our questions and printed off information to help explain further. She showed concern and care, what more could a worried mother ask for.
