I had a cochlear put in she was in a hurry. Nothing was ready are charged up did explain fast it keeps huming and I told her and she just let it slide. She's was rude and pushed through every aspect of the process.

My son really likes Dr. Perkins. My good ratings may be just that I need to ask more questions for understanding. Everyone is very nice to us. Never any issues. Just frustrated? With his constant ringing. Wish there was something to make it go away permanently.

Dr Perkins quickly takes care of the issue the patient has presented. She does not invite conversation that allows the patient to ask additional questions. This has been my experience each time I have seen her.
