Dr Lang is very attentive and patient, allowing me to go into length with my daughter's health issue, as well (getting off track some time on my part, talking about my life etc)She explained and gave me a good understanding about what entails in this test, then allowed me to think and make my own decision, in which way I want to proceed. And for that, she allowed me, as much time, as I need to ask questions, and clarify/emphasize on this genetics testing process.
