Dr. Apple is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to make sure she is up to speed on everything that is in the patient's chart already. She listens to me and hears me as a patient, acknowledges and respect my concerns or questions about further testing/course of treatment, and takes the time to discuss the reasons for her recommendations and lets me feel like a full participant in making decisions about my care rather than a standby observer.
