Inclusion and Health Equity

The Office of Inclusion and Health Equity is a joint office of Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics. Our work meets the needs of patients and families from diverse cultures and backgrounds. We believe our individual differences are a strength that encourages culturally sensitive care and equal opportunity for all employees.
